We were founded in 1996 by Bill Lee and Tim O’Donnell because of a shared vision to provide comprehensive representation to clients with the highest professional standards and dedication to personal client attention. Tom McCowan joined the firm in 2001 and became a partner in 2006. Mike Phillips merged his real estate practice with the firm in 2006, expanding our capacity in real estate and commercial law. Our litigation associate, Bryan Ward was hired in 2009. Today, our lawyers take a team approach to client representation.
